ABSA funeral is robbing clients

I took an absa funeral plan in February 2023. I advised that I am the only beneficiary. Last year when i checked the person I do not know is now my beneficiary. I went to absa to complain. I was referred to the call center. Call center manager to update my details. When I recently checked again. Another person is now my beneficiary with out my concern. Absa is robbing their clients
