ABSA Funeral insurance

I don't know how many times I have been calling ABSA Funeral insurance call centre to add members on my premium . You send e mail to polserv... no respondssss . You call to update members , next time you call to verify if members has been updated , ' NOTHING' , NOTHING . My last call was yesterday the 17/11/2021 . I can tell you nothing has been updated . It has been months and months . I was also shocked my fiancé not cover , but my children are covered . I don't know ABSA's way of doing things , YAAAAAAAAA
