ABSA ********** activity . Debit account for insurance on a cancelled contract

After paying off my homeloan, and cancelling my homeloan insurance ABSA **********ly debit my account again with the annual premium. They are not returning my emails of the cancelation. I am now short with my budget for the month. So upset . I have replaced the insurance with another insurance company and do not want and need ABSA Insurance. I send various emails that fell on Deaf ears. Its disgusting... They are professional *****'s...I wi lay a case with the Ombudsman and the police.
