Absa finance/ insurance

Absa calls you only one time and if you don't answer because you are in back to back meetings,they decide to sign you up for car insurance and worst of all you dont even know what you are covered for. I have car that's finaced by absa for close to 5 years as im close to finishing to pay the car off, then they start this nonsense. The car instalments have been going up with no communication. Well i believe it is the worst company to finance your vehicle
