Absa fals pretences via insurances

Good day absa I’ve emaile margaret mailesa regarding my ultimate protector and credit life insurance for the recordings and I’m still waiting.i was told my salary would be paid for six months as I was retrenched and now they tell me otherwise as I asked for the sales recordings.ive sent numerous emails their respond is they busy escalating the situation as per how long must I wait the longer absa takes the more my debt gets behind as I was retrenched.absa didn’t sell the credit life insurance and ultimate protector insurance stating my debt will be covered they said and even discussed my salary will be paid for six month via retrenchment if I get retrenched.well I want the recordings so I can take this further for false pretences Kind regard wynand willem Myburgh
