ABSA fails again

So typically ABSA has shown their Africanacity once again. After denying my home claim, i have asked to cancel my insurance. It took 3 requests to get a reply, where they promised that the next day the 12th of March i would receive my claims list for 19 years of being a client. True to form with their so called "exceptional service", i am still waiting for this and we are sitting on the 24th of March, after my 4th request they still ignoring me. It shows how little respect they have for the clients that built them!
