Good day I’ve been waiting for ABSA Bank to process my will for over six years, and it’s been an absolute nightmare. The delays are unacceptable, the communication is nonexistent, and I’m left wondering if they even care about their customers. For something as important as a will, this level of incompetence is infuriating. Avoid them if you value your peace of mind.
