ABSA DON'T FOLLOW OP ON CLAIMS MADE BY THEIR CLIENTS

Absa Home insurance are taking my access and not following up with the rest of my claim. They don't reply to emails or the company they assigned to my house.

My house was hit by a hail storm Glassfit came out everything was fixed as scheduled. But ABSA is taking there time to complete the rest of my house damages. This happend on the 1ste of December we are heading for 16 days already yet no reply. Their internal assessore did not approve the claim and now they want to send someone out again. This is bad all my affair will be stopped and moved ABSA CLAIMS TO BE RELIABLE BUT THEY ARE NOT
