Absa does not keep to their promise

Absa insurance is very affordable, however when it cane to paying my household claim. They rejected my claim. They were not interested that my house burnt down I lost everything in the fire and rejected.my claim because I did not disclose the correct amount of times I claimed from the previous insurer. This was because the previous claims happened in a matter of 3 days and I thought it was one claim combined. Because of this reason I was rejected. I find that so unfair and unjust as I pay my premiums on time and I am also an Absa banking client for over 25 years and this is the service they provide. I am considering moving my bank and my insurance for car and household
