ABSA DO NOT COVER water damage
Do not insure your home with ABSA - the absolute worst insurance company!
Claim declined by ABSA for water damage to laminate flooring after ABSA's own Consultants/ Representatives confirmed that they do cover water damage to laminate flooring. Alas, I argued with ABSA that the damage caused to the laminate flooring was because of water. A "specialist case manager" was assigned.
Unfortunately the case manager cannot provide any feedback/ help regarding the declined claim. This week will be a full month without any feedback. I need to CONSTANTLY ASK, if not beg, for feedback from the so called "specialist case manager".
Please assist as this is totally unacceptable.
