ABSA direct insurance not settling a claim
Good day I have received thee worst service with ABSA Regarding an insurance claim which was submitted in April and to date not been resolved. ABSA insurance have been delaying claim that they have sent issue to assessors, but this has not materialize to anything. My house does not have electricity for 4 months, which has impacted my livelihood.
