Absa (De) Activate and stay away

Wow. The App is useless. Cannot log a claim. When you click the emergency button, nothing happens, no call back. When you call, you hold on for 30minutes plus, everytime. I emailed them and no response. Missed a debit order, immediate response. Cancelled the service, through email as there are no answers to phonecalls, no response. Debit order went off. This is so frustrating. Worst service ever. Stay away
