absa

hi i would like to express my dissatisfaction with absa home insurance,my property at 25 bokmakierie place In gonubie sold and have canceled home insurance policy in september 2022 already with absa ,but absa still deducting monthly premies,i have send various e mails and send proof of property been sold ,but ist seems that absa staff are not intrestested in theoir existing clients ,as up top date i can not get to deal with anybody in absa to confirm cancelation of bond and cancelation of absa home insurance on absa bond no *** ,absa stated that they will refund me but still deduct monthly premies.

I find Absa Severes not good at all.

Please assist if posible.
