ABSA COMPETENCE
Good day, Is there a worse insurance company than ABSA. I'm struggling with them to get my geyser fixed but nobody seems to hear me. It's not enough that I have to hang on for 30min so that nobody can help you. When it's time to collect their premium then they don't have all this nonsense but when it's their turn to fix or replace something it's always a struggle. I had the plumbers out in December and they replaced some parts but the problem was never solved, now that I got them out again in January they actually expect me to pay access fee again. If they solved the initial problem I would understand but the problem wasn't fixed. ABSA is really the worst insurance company out here
