I recently lodged a claim with ABSA Insurance for a plumbing issue at our home. Initially, there were some difficulties and misunderstandings while trying to get the claim resolved, but these were eventually sorted out and the plumbing claim was attended to promptly.

The repairs were carried out by a great plumbing team selected by ABSA, and I was very happy with the service and workmanship.

Overall, I’m pleased with how the matter was resolved and would definitely recommend ABSA Insurance to anyone looking for reliable building insurance.
