Absa cclaim insurance is the pits👎👎👎👎

I have been with Absa Insurance for over 5yrs years now...paying for a comprehensive cover for my house and car. I was involved in an accident 3 weeks ago...someone bumped into me at a stop sign. Now they are taking me from pillar to post in regards with my claim citing that they didnt know my car had a tow bar!! They very same tow bar that came with the car from the dealership and they insured it with no hassles. Currently its been over a week now they claiming that they "waiting for call recording between me and their sales person" when i took the insurance. They dont even communicate i constantly have to call and email for updates😡😡😡😡👎👎👎
