ABSA care less about its clients!!!

No matter how happy you are,DO NOT use Absa Insurance, I lodged a claim for leaking pipe,escalated to complaints department which ignored my emails,ran to hello Peter,that is when they started sending me emails saying that they will investigate,guess what,I was never involved in the investigation process,I don't know what they were investigating because my dispute was about the settlement of R222 for the leak,because 1 pipe costs around R350.They said because the pipe has got 2 leaks I must register another claim for the second leakage,something that doesnt make sense!!I regret,but It is a lesson learned.
