I can’t believe that my Kia Rio 2017 can cost R150 000 to fix it according to your assessor. I mean my cad bumped the wall on the back side, only bumper, tail gate and tail light and the wheel got damaged but according to your assessor it Costs R150 K to fix and parts at Kia are R92K, are you serious, these parts R92K, a Kia? My friends warmed me to take a car insurance with you that you will write off my car insurance be. If it’s a small accident. By the way, right off my car, ask your assessor to bring it back to the same premises they collected from. I will fix my car myself than let you bully me. I want my car bank

I spoke to the assessor and explain everything to me and Kia quoted the same amount for parts. I’m so sorry for the inconvience caused. I will wait for the validation of the claim to the bank and will speak to them about the way forward of claim. Thank you so much for your time... God bless
