ABSA car Insurance unreliable
I was recently involved in an accident whereby I was hit n ran from the rear of my vehicle. I contacted my ABSA direct policy assisted by towing me from the scene. This happened on the 11th of may 2025 around 7pm and today it is the 20th but I still don’t have any quote for my car to be fixed or any feedback regarding way forward. Gladys Seeri was assisting and she received my case numbers and everything she asked for but I’m stuck without my car or quotes 9 days later yet they promised 24 hours quote
