Absa car insurance is nonsense

The worst thing i ever did was to insure my car with ABSA Activate…their activate app is not recording trips which means no rewards for me. A few days back they sent me an email that my policy has lapsed because of non payment for 2months, how when i have not missed a single payment? Iam so frustrated because no one is willing to assist me let alone attend my emails. Your service is ******* Absa.
