ABSA CAR INSURANCE IS HELL

horrible service, ABSA CAR INSURANCE! no communication, i had specifically asked for comprehensive cover with no excess, my time to claim came i was advised to pay R5k excess, coz thers no 3rd party involved in my claim ***! that was follwd by my premium increased to R5,300, without ny communication, i just receivd an email with increased premium. I cancelled with immediate effect, and joined another insurance same hour, best decision ever.
