Absa Car Insurance

Absa car insurance people should be careful about it. Here is what happened, i got involved in an accident, were the other car passed straight without stopping at the robot that is used as stop-sign, the guy passed straight without stopping also speeding and drove straight to my Car. I called Absa they towed my car and told me to do accident report at the police station and i did that, luckily there are cameras were the incident happened, i got the CCTV footage, also witnesses who volunteered to tell that the other was speeding and passed that robot without stopping. I gave Absa the cctv footage, gave them the names and numbers of the witnesses, police station case number. Also the details (names and cell number) of the person who bumped my car and that person said he has a comprehensive cover with Auto and General and it covers 3rd party. Now Absa car insurance they fixing my car half not fully because they didn’t know my car has things like example Tow-Bar, Now i asked them how can you say you didn’t know when you have all the angles pictures of the car when i bought it same day i bought it when you inspection was conducted via pictures off the whole car and all the angles even the inside pictures you clearly see how the car looks like and what it has inside and outside because i have not changed anything on that car. Then they referred me to the person who did the assessment on my car, that person said sorry and she said she will take the matter further by sending email to auditors etc…! Till now she does NOT reply my emails, when i call she does NOT answer or get back to me even when i leave 10 miss calls, she reads whatsapp text since she also said i can whatsapp her, but only blue-ticks me no reply. The funny thing is that they’re claiming money from Auto and General since the person who bumped has a comprehensive cover with auto and general. Name of the person or assessor who refused my car to be fixed fully is “Ilze Stagler” according the panel beater that she took my car to. Even today i kept calling, sending emails, sending whatsapp she just reads and ignores, Yet Absa lawyers are claiming/getting money from Auto and General.
