Absa car insurance
On the 30th of December 2024 Absa agent called me to sell Car Insurance to me and gave me a premium of R1300 he then told me to download Absa Activate App after an hour which I did but the premium that was on the App was R2515.99. On the 31st of December 2024 I tried calling their call center the whole day and no one answered and later R2515.99 was debited from my account.
The unprofessional and lying agent even captured my name and email wrong that I didn't even receive their policy documents.
I want Absa Insurance to refund my money and will never recommend anyone to buy their car insurance as they hired ****s who lie to the bone marrow. There's noway I can leave an Insurance company of R1700 for R2500 ......useless insurance company
