Absa Car Insurance Consultants are ****mers

On the 2nd of December I received a call from Absa car insurance stating that I needed to take insurance for the new car I was approved for, the sale wasn't even finalized. I then said it ok I'll take it if I'm financed by Absa but later on called the dealer and I was advised that they **** and just wanted to make a sale. I called back Absa same day to cancel that insurance and the call was dropped. I then sent email canceling the insurance same day, 2nd of December 2024, but on the 3rd of December 2024 they deducted the premium. I don't understand because my car is insured by the same insurance company I previously had.
