ABSA Car Insurance Claims Help need to sort out my case!!!!!

Good Day Absa Car iDirect insurance.

I was in a accident on the 25th of December, i called ABSA to claim my insurance which is under hollard, i got my claims number and my handler is Andani Tendane from brolink services.

I sent all the needed documents till today no have has reviewed my car and even towed it from the TMPD breakdown, i need this issue resolved ASAP somy insurance can take care of my claim as i was also involved in a accident with several other cars.

I would like this matter handled so the bank can payout and i can know the status of my car and finances, it would be appauling if i have to pay my debit orders for a car i am not using a driving while it is sitting and not be assessed.

I need to get this sorted out so i can be free please hellopeter sort out this matter for me as i would like to get this sorted out before month end i dont want to get into any more legally issues with the other drivers of the accident i was involved in since i am a paying customer to ABSA i have never missed a payment on the insurance but when it is time for them to handle their affairs and pay out it is yet again a process from post to pillar, my agent is hardly on the phone when i call or he is often on leave, i want this matter resolved ASAP.

This gives a bad reputation to a credible bank like ABSA, which i have been a client for more that 17 years.
