Absa Car Insurance

It been 10 days now calling call center with no one picking the call, each day I waiting 45 minutes and the call will be cut automatically. Went in their bank branch same thing waiting for 45 minutes after that call will be cut automatically. This is not a poor service there is no service. If you have insurance with Absa I will advisor cancel.
