Absa car insurance: bad service overall

Following my complaint the last time, Absa fixed everything on paper, but the debit order is double the wrong amount they debited the first time, that was never fixed and I never agreed to that. R1458 is what I was told in the first place not R2028, which has now doubled, imagine waking up to an sms saying your insurance is cancelled and it’s not even my fault. Worst part when their agents call and I can’t talk they never call back when I request a call back. Maybe it’s good riddance. Pathetic service Absa,
