Absa Business Insurance not responsive

Hello

I habe been trying to contact Absa insurance for business but the company is so bad they make me hold on the line for at least 15mins before the call cut off without anyone answering the call on the other side...

Today is the 4th day I am trying to contact them....you hold until you run out of airtime without anyone answering on thre other side except the machine answering you.

This is very very bad service

I can imagine how many people are frustrated by this
