ABSA BUILDING INSURNACE - WORST SERVICE

I have a bond with ABSA and when I took out the bond with ABSA I thought if would be a good idea to have building insurance with the company who I have the bond with. I had a claim 2 months ago for a roughly small amount. The claim process was anything but pleasant. I had to follow up several times with only 2 responses from ABSA. After continual follow-ups I was ignored completely with no response. I decided to cancel the claim cancel my policy and move it to a company that actually cared. To date, I have sent 4 - mails requesting cancellation and 1 phone call. Nobody at ABSA insurance has contacted me, emailed me, or informed me that my policy is cancelled. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for insurance. This is without doubt the worst service I have experienced from a company.
