ABSA BUILDING INSURANCE

Absa client , claimed for storm damage, Absa has service providers that is not qualified to perform their duties properly and the job was poorly done on my roof, ceiling and carport. When I phone to Absa to contact the MC Leibrand, I get through to Call Centre, however the problem does not get solved. Absa do not have the courtesy to call me back with an answer. I need to speak to someone in charge, but when you do call the call centre, you end up speaking *********** to handle my case.
