Absa Building Insurance

No-existent service. Do these people actually earn salaries?? Almost two months after I logged a claim for my building (someone had crashed into a perimeter wall that needs to be fixed ASAP), I have had no pay out. Every time I phone them (as they NEVER contact me, the insured), I am put on hold for 30min at least after which I need to tell the whole story again. My case is in fact getting ignored. Like ABSA is whishing for it to go away.
