I made a claim for two geysers and the appointed pumbing company (MDN plumbers) wants me to pay two excesses for geysers that had faults at the same time when i phoned the insurance company they said it one claim but the lady at MDN Plumbers is saying its two different claims for one incident, am not prepared to pay two excesses for one incident
