ABSA Attorney's unjust demands

I have an Absa credit card and unfortunately I was not able to the required payment amount, after many communication attempts I was still handed over to their attorney's. I have been keeping in contact with them and try my best to make payment on a regular basis, but I just can't afford to meet their demands. I have been receiving threatening messages and emails of been handed summons if I don't pay, but I have sent through my supporting documents that they requested in April 2024 only to find out yesterday that the consultant by the name of Florence did not submit it to the relavant departments, to add to it she was quite rude as well. This morning I get another message say the summons are on their way.. I am so stressed and don't know what else to do..... Can you please assist me as I am not running away from my responsibility I just need so time and an affordable amount for the repayment, currently I'm paying R800 and really can't afford it.
