ABSA and Aquality plumbers comes to the party
Absa name is in jeopardy with the contractors they are using to replace geysers. Absa did come to the party with frequent follow up phone calls and eventually appoint aquality plumbers from Malmesbury. 100% improvement just to have a reliable contractor to do the job. Thank you ABSA and Aquality Plumbers. Geyser is not replaced yet after 10 days but the crucial communication did happen. Aquality plumber search over the Western Cape and find the correct geyser in Worcester. I believe today our geyser would be replaced. Thank you ABSA to follow up this claim. It should have been managed from the beginning but all ends well.
