Absa Active - No answer at call centre
Absa Active increased my premiums April. The insurance is too expensive now. I have decide to move my insurance to another insurer for June. I tried to cancel my insurance with Absa Active for end of May. Tried the call center numerous times on the 30th April and 2nd May. The call center just puts you on hold and says they are experiencing high call volumes. I also sent an email(30 March 2025) to Absa Active to cancel my insurance end of May 2025. Nobody has contacted me and I still have not received any reply. I also tried Absa Private Banking and could not get any assistance. Not sure how to cancel my vehicle insurance end of May 2025 as they don't answer their phone and do not reply to emails. I will dispute any deductions made in June.
