Absa Active Car insurance

I joined Absa Active Car Insurance in 2021. In 2024, we agreed upon a premium of R674.00, but unfortunately, they have been debiting R837.50. On the 4th of August 2025, the premium we agreed upon was R696.00, but unfortunately, they have been debiting R916.89. I have called several times and sent emails, but they still have not rectified the mistake. Please update your system, and can I please have my money back?
