Absa Activate - Worst Insurance company with no service!

I have been with Absa Activate for 7 months now only to discover that my Activate has never been activated. I took out the Absa Activate cover due to the rewards program of up to 40% of premiums back. I have been paying for a service that has never been active. I have made contact on several occasions and to date no feedback. In fact today i was merely cut off after a 40 minute phone call! The service has been absolutely shocking to say the least.

I was in an unfortunate position of being stuck on the side of the road and my insurance company (Absa Activate) not working. Emergency button not working! This is totally unacceptable but no one to call and no one to assist. How can Absa offer insurance with no service on the back end??

If i can give any advise, steer clear of Absa Activate, you will not receive the service you pay for and no one to contact when you have issues.

Worst Insurance company i have ever dealt with!!!
