Absa Activate - Worst insurance company ever!!!!

I'm quite livid writing this!!! I've received an SMS from my bank with an increase to my car instalment which I have no knowledge of 🤬🤬 apparently ABSA have "appointed" an insurance company on my behalf, now listening I have an insurance with Absa Activate and have been with them since buying my car in 2021, never missed a payment and never had a claim!!! Now Absa is telling that they have no record of me having an insurance while my insurance is with them!!! Isn't this just appalling?!!! I've cancelled my insurance with them earlier this month and sent through all the required documents, been trying to get hold of this people either by telephone which they never answer and sent numerous emails which they don't respond to!!!!! Now look, they said they've appointed an insurance on my behalf, which I never authorised, and they will deduct an additional R800 and something on my car instalment, Absa Activate insurance is not yet cancelled despite my efforts of trying to get hold of them which they simply ignore, meaning they will still deduct the insurance money which they claim I don't have!!! I have a new insurance which I signed up with charging me far less that these ****s which they have to start to debit. If you guys go into account and take my I didn't authorize.. I swear we are going to have a serious problem!!!! I need someone to contact me ASAP as I'm tired reaching out to you with no luck!!! You are the worst insurance company ever!!!!
