Absa Activate - Worst car insurance ever

Worst car insurance. Their telematics device has been malfunctioning ever since it was installed. I flagged this and it seemed they were fixing the issue but nothing happened, also have been earning any rewards even though they claim you will after 28 days. Even the other absa departments have no clue whats happening with absa activate. You never reach them on their customer service number. Its just been the worst experience with them, and I want to cancel the policy. I would not recommend absa activate at all. For your peace of mind, stay away
