ABSA ACTIVATE WORST CALL CENTRE

ABSA Activate responds quickly when you want to take up a new product but when you want to make policy changes you will wait forever. I have been calling them for the past three days without any success. The hold times are extremely long and no one picks up the phone. I have spent a lot of money on airtime and had to hold for than 3 hours in one occasion without any agent picking up the phone. Either they have reduced capacity to extreme levels or their call center agents are sleeping at work. I'M SO DISSAPOINTED IN ABSA ACTIVATE.
