ABSA Activate Tracker Causing Severe Battery Drain & Zero Value Add

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the ABSA Activate Tracker installed in my vehicle.

Before this tracker was installed, my vehicle could comfortably stand for more than 5 days without being started and I never experienced battery drainage issues. I already had my own Matrix tracker installed previously and had absolutely no problems.

However, ever since the ABSA tracker was installed directly onto my battery source, my vehicle battery now drains completely within approximately 2 days if the car is not started. This has resulted in repeated inconvenience, stress, and multiple occasions where I’ve had to arrange jumpstarts because the battery is completely flat.

What makes this even worse is that I have received virtually no meaningful communication, onboarding, activation support, tracking functionality, rewards, points, or any visible customer benefit from this service.

So currently:

* My battery drains abnormally fast; * I constantly worry whether my vehicle will start; * I’ve had repeated disruptions to my schedule and productivity; * The service has added stress instead of peace of mind; * And there has been little to no value provided in return.

A tracker is supposed to improve customer convenience and security — not create additional problems and unnecessary frustration.

Competitors in the market offer far more efficient telematics solutions without causing excessive battery drain, so this issue is extremely concerning.

I am requesting:

1. An urgent investigation into the battery drainage issue; 2. Immediate intervention from ABSA Activate Tracker support; 3. Removal of the tracker from my vehicle unless there is an immediate technical solution; 4. Proper communication regarding the actual benefits and functionality of this service.

This experience has honestly been unacceptable and has negatively affected my daily routine and peace of mind.
