Absa Activate, The worst insurance company to ever exist. Ive been calling them since last year december (2024) to cancel my policy they dont answer their phone. It will ring from morning till night. Ive sent so many emails no response. Ive been saying this and i will say it again… i regret taking that policy with you guys.. your service is extremely poor and horrible from day one. Cancel my policy and Stop debiting my account. I don’t want anything to do with you guys anymore… ive been reversing your debit order since last year December with an intention that my policy will automatically cancel due to missed payments akerr you guys you dont answer your phones or reply to your emails. Ive been requesting a cancellation from December!! but no every month including this January you are still debiting even after telling me that my policy has lapsed and is no longer active..Cancel my policy!!! Yoh!!! I dont recommend this insusrance!!! They are very bad, like extremely bad… Cancel my policy!!! Policy no. ***.
