Absa activate terrible service

Absa activate car insurance, their cancellations department is not taking calls, I had to hang up 3 times after holding for over 25minutes to try and cancel my policy after I had already sent a cancellation letter to weeks before I called them to cancel. Clearly my email to cancel was ignored as they went ahead to debit my account two weeks after a cancellation email was sent to them. Clearly they make it impossible to cancel their insurance, also Absa bank has a ridiculous position that they cannot reverse a debit order against their own company, what nonsense is that?
