Absa Activate- Terrible Car Insurance Company

The worst decision I've ever made was choosing Absa Activate for my car insurance, and I highly do not recommend it. I took out the insurance on November 7th, and to this day, the car tracker is still not working. Despite making multiple calls to the call center, I’ve had to wait over 55 minutes each time before speaking to a consultant. On Monday, December 2nd, the agent I spoke to informed me that the device was not linked to my policy, but he assured me he would assist me. Five days later, the tracker is still not functioning. The level of service is absolutely disappointing, and I am planning to cancel my policy due to their incompetence.
