ABSA activate since January 2024

I am just utterly disappointed and frustrated by ABSA activate, staying long on calls without getting through to anyone, my App skipped November payout and went straight to December, now in January the isn’t any payment information. My emails aren’t being responded to. I’m at my wits end with the company and beginning to look for other alternatives.
