Absa Activate Rewards not being paid
I changed my car insurance to Absa Activate in December 2023 and I was promised a monthly reward of up to 40% cash back monthly. The rewards were going to be paid after three months and to date I haven't received any. I have comp**** with their telematics requirements, the unit has been tested and I was told that there was a system problem and it will be resolved and I will receive my rewards, that was in April 2024. I have made numerous calls and the agents keep telling me they will call me back once they receive feedback. The signing up was not a problem but the rewards are now a problem, this is absurd.

20 Mar 2025, 10:37Absa needs to do better, I only got payment after the complaint and then it stopped again. Trying to call is hopeless cause the consultants are forever busy. My patience is wearing thin with this insurance
