Absa activate poor services

I was involved in a car accident on 18th March 2025

Called the insurance who gave the towing company the go ahead to. Tow the vehicle

I was told to log the claim the next day being 19th March.

I have been calling numerous times to. Find out what's happening regarding my vehicle as it places me in a difficult position to generate my income. All the calls I've made were only for. Me to. Be told I need to. Wait. Till. The claims process is completed this leading to extra days getting added.

The claim was assigned to a guy named Thabo Ramabele and when asked for him to contact me. To keep me updated I get no follow up calls I've sent am email amd still no response, iv called this morning and the agent advised that Thabo will call me back in a few minutes. A full day has gone by and no call.

I then call again amd the agent on the phone tells me. He refuses to call me. Or attend to. My calls.

I have never received such horrible service. From any place I've dealt with and I'm still struggling to find the answers 3 weeks later as to. What happening regarding my car
