ABSA Activate no contact no feedback no help

I have ABSA Activate insurance. It has worked very well up until September. The ABSA Activate app that calculates your cashback reward crashed. I have been phoning and sending emails since October with no feedback. I have been luck to get hold of someone once after holding for over an hour. They promised the app to be sorted soon and any outstanding payments to be made. It has now been more than 2 months without any response or clear feedback. I pay my monthly account without any issues and expect the same result from this company. My biggest worry is that my insurance is not active or valid because of this. I need answers please!!!!!
