ABSA ACTIVATE MUST BE CANCELLED 😡

ABSA ACTIVATE- disgusting service I would never recommend it to anyone. Actually they should be closed down I highly doubt they comply with Fias /FICA honestly they need to be reported to the ombudsman.

My mum’s car got into an accident on the 2nd of November 2024. It’s the 27th and the matter is still not resolved. My mum had to call them everyday with no answer those people don’t answer their calls you will hold for hours . When you get hold of them they refer you to someone and someone refers you to someone then they tell you they waiting for accident report?? Like if I didn’t call when were you gonna tell me you need the accident report? Then we sent it last week. Today we call they tell us their system erased everything there’s no documentation or information of the accident or claim. What a joke. Now we have to give them the information from the beginning. While the car is sitting at penal beaters. I hate ABSA Activate. I resent it and I regret talking my mum into taking up car insurance with them. It’s useless. Pathetic service. It’s the worst thing ever.

Let’s hope the lady who took retook the information and says she will assist will assist for real coz it’s been too long this matters should have been long sorted out.
