ABSA Activate is the worst

I have been trying to get hold of ABSA Activate for the past 2 months, you can phone them and you can email them no one answers the phone and if you get through they transfer you to another department and then you hold on again for another hour without anyone assisting you. My policy has lapsed I need to reinstate it, all I need is for someone to contact me so that I can pay my policy. Is it that difficult?
